Last weekend at Sci-Fi Scarborough, the pixies were in their element. As Fallout cosplayers roamed the convention floor, clad in post-apocalyptic gear and radiation suits, Doctor Bell’s Magical Mirrorless Picture Box sprang into action. Its lens focused on wasteland wanderers, Brotherhood of Steel knights, and Vault Dwellers. The cosplayers, momentarily forgetting their quests for Nuka-Cola and RadAway, succumbed to the allure of the magical contraption and completed their sidemission of “Get an Epic Photo from Doctor Bell”
Word spread like wildfire among the Fallout ranks. “Have you seen Doctor Bell’s camera?” piped a Pip-Boy-wearing wanderer. “They say it captures your soul and turns it into pixelated stardust!” And so, the side mission began. Cosplayers lined up, eager to pose, strike heroic poses, or unleash their inner ghoul, each click of the shutter transported them beyond the convention walls through the amazing wonders of pixie and hamster power.
